New Capabilities
PPCS now has Aluminum Industrial Table and Bench Kits in two kit sizes; large – includes 5 tables and 10 benches which is shipped in one of our TL-FICCSTM Containers and strapped in with four of our 1 inch HUM VATTS® Ratchet Straps; and small – includes 2 tables and 4 benches which is shipped in one of our AL-FICCSTM Containers and strapped in with the same four straps as the large kit.
Configured Load Concept
PPCS developed the TL-FICCSTM, AL-FICCSTM and CL- FICCSTM in response to the need for collapsible and reusable tactical containers. These systems are designed to be loaded and strapped onto the 463L’s, placed into MILVANs (with minimal to no blocking and bracing), and onto most military vehicles. These containers along with the new aluminum footlocker system (LOC- FICCSTM) are designed to reduce the MILVAN requirements for deployment and redeployment. Typical load weights and manpower requirements to prepare shipments in Depot “Returnable/Reloadable” systems are substantially reduced.
The patented VATTS® (Variable All Terrain Tiedown Systems®) are tools for Cargo Securement and Tiedown Restraint for Transport of all Classes of Supplies (including the new MRAP vehicles) and Lifting and Securing of Containers and Vehicles (All Modes). The -FICCSTM systems are specifically designed for use with VATTS®.
